Caused Extreme Hair Loss & Dermatitis

The worst beauty products I've ever used perhaps (and I never bother writing reviews)... More than 6 months ago I ordered The Kure shampoo & conditioner and loved the smell, kept using it, ran out, bought the huge containers of Normcare and over the last few months I started to really recognize that I was losing more hair than normal. Once I realized it, it became apparent that my hair loss was extreme, and I was horrified. I'd say my hair is about 1/3 of the thickness it was before I started using these products. I thought of everything I'd changed in the last 6+ months, got blood work done (came back normal), got a shower head filter, etc. But when I stopped using this shampoo & conditioner, I noticed within a week that the hair loss was significantly less, and I feel like I'm gradually working back to a "normal" amount of shedding. Additionally, I experienced extreme dry, itchy scalp (that I also went to the doctor for) while using these products but never connected the dots and thought it was eczema or something else. That, too, has almost completely gone away since switching shampoos. I thought it was crazy - the idea of a SALON QUALITY shampoo making my hair fall out, but now that I'm a month into using different stuff and I'm not losing copious amounts of hair in the shower, in the brush, endlessly coming out as I run my fingers through it... I'm SURE this was the cause.

Too Small for the Price

Makes my hair smell good, soft, and healthy, BUT the price is too much for how small the amount is. It’s not worth having to repurchase every month or buy the bigger option for that much of a price.

Bottle does not hold up

The shampoo is awesome but the bottle doesn’t hold up. I lost 3/4 of the bottle before I could use it when it leaked out sometime in the 8 months after I purchased. It was stored upright inside.

Leaves greasy product build up

This has left the worst greasy build up on my hair but also somehow dried it out at the same time? My hair has felt so gross since I started using this, save your money and don’t buy this

Won’t repurchase but could be good for others!

This product feels nice on the scalp and becomes quite sudsy and nice. It smells so good and is super cute! My only reason that it doesn’t knock it out of the park for me is that it hasn’t done a FANTASTIC job with keeping my sebum at bay like my most favorite shampoos can. I still think though for other scalp types this may be good for them! I lean oily for sure

This shampoo is absolutely amazing. It smells so good and my mom even decided to buy it because it was so good. I defiantly recommend this shampoo if you want nice silky shinny hair.

Amazing if you use it right!

This shampoo is amazing if you use it correctly. It is a sulfate free shampoo, it will not cleanse your scalp as well as shampoos with sulfates. It is gentle and great for sensitive scalps. I rotate between this and a dandruff shampoo that is very stripping. Rotating with this shampoo has completely fixed my scalp because of its gentle cleanse. It feels so balanced and moisturized, with no dandruff. If you use this make sure you use a clarifying shampoo once a week (which you should be doing anyways). With this combo your scalp will thank you!

BUY IT!

I stopped using shampoo and conditioner for awhile and was just using apple cider vinegar and natural oils. I genuinely got tired of doing that and happy I did now my hair smells great and so soft!! I was scared of build up but nope we're all good here. she's a little pricey but I love her!

Skip this one

I really wanted to like this shampoo! I have thin hair but a lot of it so it looks thick, I started using this and my hair would fall out more than usual. On top of that I started to get some pimples on my hairline because of it!

Saved my damaged hair!

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews for this shampoo, but I never had any of those problems. I think this product would be GREAT for anyone with dyed or dry hair. My hair is not that dry so it does get greasier faster now, but i still love it.

Not for me!!!

This brand gets good reviews. I wanted to try something different. It smells good. That's it. It weighs my hair down. I look like I didn't wash my hair after using it. It leaves a film on your hair. I do not recommend this stuff.

I’ve tried verb, redkin, and pureology and out of all of them this is my favorite! My hair is so soft and shiny. I use it with the matching conditioner, gisou leave in and verb ghost oil then air dry and braid. For reference I have straight hair with fine strands, dry ends but an oily scalp.
