After that, I pumped in a cotton pad, and this removed every trace of waterproof makeup. Then wash with my favorite cleanser, and my face feels clean, soft, and poorless, ready to my nighttime routine.

I have to apply waterproof mascara on top of regular mascara or I will look like I've been crying due to allergies. I've tried many dozen eye makeup removers and for the price point this is the best.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Burning torture I ended up throwing away a 3/4 full bottle. It gets the makeup off good, BUT it burns my eyes and eyelids. It sat on my counter for 10 months. I’m not sure which ingredient is the culprit, but it was not pleasant.
