How to use
For an even more vibrant finish and a shadow that won't migrate for 24 hours, apply the Primer Potion Eyeshadow Base.
The shadows in the Naked Basics Palette can be applied simply with the finger, or for more precision with the Naked Basics Double Ended Brush: one side to apply color, the other to blend it or create a diffuse halo along the lashes. -
